MCHS Class of '62 55th Reunion
Schedule Seventy-three classmates and 40 spouses or guests are registered for the reunion. It’s an exciting time! Nametags, reunion books, a welcoming packet from the Mason City Visitors Center and a hand-out that has a high school photo, name of each attendee and a YES or X under Friday/Saturday to indicate the night(s) each classmate will be at the reunion will be at a table as you enter the banquet room at the Prime N Wine. The handout with high school photos is an effort to help you find your high school friends easily during each night of the reunion. Events for your calendar…. Thursday August 3rd at 5:00 p.m. those who are in Mason City are invited to meet at Shelter House #2 in East Park to start the weekend! There will be a MCHS ’62 sign displayed. Reunion books and welcoming packets will be available. The packets include brochures with listings of things to do when visiting Mason City. After visiting for a couple of hours we can go to Papa’s (after I call and let them know the number who will be arriving) for our evening meal for those who are interested. Friday, August 4th: The reunion begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Prime N Wine located at 3000 4th St SW. Saturday, August 5th: You are invited to Linda’s home (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) for beverages and muffins. The address is 206 N 35th St, Clear Lake. It’s easy to find…drive to the airport, take the 1st left past the airport, N 40th St into Clear Lake, follow the curve, drive a short distance and turn north onto N 35th, drive to the 8th house (gray) on the east side of the street. Saturday, August 5th: The reunion begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Prime N Wine. Drinks and visiting until seated for dinner at 6:20 p.m. Saturday afternoon options: The Classic Car Show is in downtown Clear Lake around City Park; 12-3:30 p.m. Jeremy Jewell is in concert in Mason City, 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Fat Hill Brewing, 17 N Federal Avenue, across from City Park.
